If you’ve used Swapstack for a while, you’ll know that this is a revamp of our Plug & Play program. The new product will support automated reporting and more importantly…faster payouts 💰.

Grow your subscriber base:

One of the most powerful way to drive high quality subscribers, is to be featured in and recommended by other newsletters. Newsletter Affiliates lets you list a Pay Per Subscriber deal, where you define your creative, how much you’re willing to pay per subscriber and what verification parameters you define as a quality sub.

Monetize your newsletter:

Every newsletter operator on Swapstack will be pre-approved for any deals they qualify for. Simply copy and paste a newsletter from your pre-approved list, include it in your next newsletter, and get paid for each verified subscriber you drive.

First: Set up your offer.

On your Swapstack dashboard, navigate to “Grow → Pay Per Subscriber:”

Build out your Newsletter Affiliate offer:

• Connect your ESP: We support multiple ESPs, if we don't support your platform today - we'll add it in the near future.
• Pay out: Amount per new subscriber you’re willing to pay.
• Monthly budget: Total budget per month to drive new subscribers.
• Verification period: # of days a subscriber needs to stay a subscriber in order to be considered verified.
• Pre approval: If you’re picky, we’ll only show your deal to publishers who fit your criteria.
• Creative: The copy and paste-able imagery that publishers will use to recommend your newsletter.

Submit your deal. Once approved by the Swapstack team, you’ll be ready to take that deal live and promote it out to the Swapstack network.

Watch the subscribers roll in.

In your dashboard, you’ll be able to see which publishers have

• Engaged with your deal
• Drove clicks
• Drove conversions.

We’ll also break down for you the number of pending, verified and total conversions driven each month and by which publisher.

Head to the 💌 Newsletter Affiliate tab

On your Swapstack dashboard, navigate to “Monetize → Newsletter Affiliate.”

You’ll see a list of newsletters that have pre-approved you to recommend them, and pay you per subscriber driven. You can run these affiliates anytime.

Choose an offer

See a newsletter that you think would resonate with your readers? Click on the deal and see more information on the offer!

Hit “Run Deal” to create a copy and paste-able ad for you to run.

Copy and paste your ad

As the suggested creative to add the ad into your newsletter, and run it.

Track your earnings

As we register subscribers, your dashboard will update showing you how much you’ve earned.
